Soulmates

Finished Size:  60" x 74"
The "Soulmates" Quilt is built from a single pattern piece, an equilateral triangle, cut from width of fabric strips with a 60 degree Ruler.
Stack the triangles in vertical rows and sew the rows together, simple as that!  No "Y" seams, no hand piecing, no multiple mirror image pieces, just chain-pieced straight seams.

Fabric Requirements:  6 solid, blender or tonal fabrics in contrasting but complimentary colorways, 3 values of each colorway, a light, a medium and a dark plus a background fabric.

Green - 3/4 yard
Red - 1/2 yard
Black - 1/2 yard
Yellow - 3/4 yard
Aqua - 3/4 yard
Purple - 1/2 yard
Background - 3 yards
Backing 4 yards
